Everything has been outstanding, fine and exquisite intimate dining , in a relaxed, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Here you will find the freshest ingredients, creative and savory sushi and California rolls with a contemporary flare, all the dishes being displayed proudly and expertly on mouthwatering plates ! You can enjoy watching while your dinner is being prepared and boldly flavored ! We will definitely come back for both a festive, fun and interactive experience, and for their unique culinary signature specialties. Sushi chef and owner Eric and was a great host! You know he puts much care and attention to detail in each of his dishes. Recommend pairing omakase with sake/wine. Meal pays homage to traditional Japanese flavors while infusing French technique and savory items. Exceeds expectations with both value and quality, with unique dishes that are true flavor bombs. Nigiri and rice flavors are balanced perfectly. Has some nice surprises that are familiar to the French variety but not offensive to Japanese cuisine.

Great food, great experience ! We celebrated my wife’s birthday and had a wonderful night watching Chef Tikana cooking delicious sushis for us. Will definetely come back !

I m used to stop by the pokebar whenever I am around. I wanted to test the Omakase side for so long and we finally did it for my birthday! It was a fabulous evening. We spent such a lovely moment, everything was perfect. The dishes were all delicious but I especially loved the sushis !!! 🤤🤤 The chef Eric Ticana and his team were so nice and attentive to our special needs. Thank you so much for that precious moment.

Warm atmosphere in the intimate setting of the Chef's table who creates fusion style cuisine before our eyes that leaves us admiring: grilled sushi with a few surprises that you won't taste anywhere else. To do again and again, for these excellent products and surprising proposals. We recommend and we ask for more!
